Rotary bar screen is a set of rake tines assembled into a set of rotary grille chains. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the direction of the water flow. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the sheave wheel and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

Selection of Rotary Bar Screen?

Selection steps of Rotary Bar Screen:

(1) Determine the frame material: carbon steel or stainless steel;

(2) Determine the value of the grid gap: the grid gap of the coarse grid is 10mm, and the grid gap of the fine grid is 3mm.

(3) Determine the canal width value: the canal width value is 100m larger than the equipment width value, for example: the canal width is 600mm, the equipment width should be selected as 500mm, and the equipment model FH500 is obtained;

(4) Determine the canal depth: If the customer's canal depth is non-standard, they should contact the technical personnel for solutions.
