When repairing, cut off the power supply and do not start it accidentally.

Handling of bar screen problems:

If the things in the water chamber and the debris in the rake are stuck, the bar screen rake teeth will be stuck, and the phenomenon of automatic turning cannot be realized. Solution: Clean up the sundries in the water chamber, throw large pieces of garbage into the water chamber rigorously, and adjust the distance between the bottom of the water chamber and the tooth rake. The problem of jamming between the rake teeth and the grid bars will cause the grid bars to be jammed, and the two will be offset, so that the rake teeth will be skewed and cannot be turned over normally. Solution: Clean up the debris generated between the rake teeth and the grid bars, and do a good job of lubrication and maintenance.

Bar screen performance advantages:

In general, the bar screen runs intermittently, but if necessary, it can run continuously for 24 hours. The bar screen is installed in the inlet channel of the rainwater pumping station to collect and remove larger particles and floating matter, and discharge the dirt from the slag discharge port.
