1. Cooling water problem. If the temperature of the cooling water is too high, it may be blocked when the cooling water circulates or the cooling water is insufficient. The state of cooling water shall be dredged or adjusted.

2. If the lubricating oil is unreasonable, including poor oil quality, the operation effect of bar screen will be affected. If the lubrication is insufficient, the friction will increase and the temperature will rise.

3. Whether the shaft of bar screen is bent, because if the shaft is bent, its bearing force will be uneven, and the bearing temperature will be abnormal due to excessive friction.

4. Other reasons

Solution for abnormal temperature rise of bar screen:

1. Do a good job of quality control before product delivery; During product installation, the installation standards shall be strictly followed; The product has been put into trial operation for more than 2 hours without load to ensure that the transmission system and overload protection device are normal.

2. If the temperature rises abnormally due to the cooling water plug, it is necessary to dredge or adjust the cooling water status.

3. If the temperature rises abnormally due to lubricating oil, please replace the lubricating oil in time.
