1. drum screen: remove large particles of solid debris in sewage.

Clean timely every day, open the ventilator regularly, and ventilate the sump well.

Check whether the drum screen operates abnormally, check whether the bottom and side baffles are damaged, and prevent large impurities from entering the sump. If large debris carried in the incoming water cannot be removed through the grating, it shall be cleaned manually.

2. Water collecting well: temporarily store production wastewater and domestic sewage in the plant area.

Whether the submersible sewage pump starts normally, whether the sound is abnormal during operation, and whether the outlet valve is opened.

Detect the pH value and temperature of inlet water.

When the water output of the lift pump of the water collecting well decreases, the check valve may be blocked, and the pump shall be stopped to clear the blockage.

3. fine screen: remove small suspended impurities in sewage.

Clean the slag bucket in time to avoid overflow of slag; Check whether the fine grid spray flushing water pipe and grid mesh are blocked, whether the running sound is abnormal, and whether the tug is worn.

When the lift pump of the sump is started, the rotary filter screen is started.

4. Pre acidification tank: preliminary decomposition of organic matters, balance water quality and quantity, and adjust pH; Submerged mixing to avoid solid precipitation.
