What are the requirements for the construction conditions when using the drum screen?

1. Site conditions.

(1) The above equipment shall be installed according to the construction drawings and the elevation and position of the corresponding civil works.

(2) Before the installation of mechanical equipment, the relevant civil dimensions of the completed structures shall be checked and recorded in detail. The parts that do not meet the installation conditions shall be reported to the project supervisor, and can be installed after approval and correction.

(3) The installation in place allows the operators to have operating space, which is convenient for working nearby.

2. Interface with civil engineering.

(1) The reserved holes of the above equipment on the civil structures are civil works.

(2) The foundation bolts used for equipment fixation and the connecting pipes between equipment are all within the scope of the equipment installation project.

3. Installation conditions.

(1) Before installing the drum screen, its installation position and elevation shall meet the design requirements, and the plane position deviation shall not be greater than ± 10mm, and the elevation deviation shall not be greater than ± 20mm.

(2) The installation foundation platform shall be stable, and the connection with the sand inlet pipe and overflow pipe shall be free of water seepage.

4. Inspection and commissioning.

(1) After installation, the inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements to ensure that the allowable deviation meets the specified indicators.

(2) Check and add lubricating grease.

(3) Provide inspection reports on the sand conveying effect of drum screen and the water content of discharged sand.

(4) If the test results fail to meet the performance requirements of the specification, the contractor shall rectify the defects after the test, replace the equipment or correct until the test results meet the requirements of the bidding documents, and the contractor shall be responsible for the test costs of rectification.
