Working principle and operation process of fiber rotary filter
1. Filtration: the sewage flows into the filter body by gravity, so that the filter plate is completely submerged in the sewage. At the same time, in order to make the water distribution uniform and make the water inflow produce low disturbance, the water distribution weir must be set in the filter. The sewage is filtered by filter cloth, and the filtrate is collected by hollow pipe, and then flows into the outlet tank and weir to discharge the filter.
2. Cleaning: part of the sludge in the filtration is adsorbed in the fibrous wool filter cloth and gradually becomes the sludge layer. With the accumulation of sludge on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the water level of the filter tank gradually rises. The liquid level change in the filter tank is monitored by the liquid level sensor set in the filter tank.
When the liquid level in the tank reaches the cleaning setting value, the control panel will start the backwash pump and the filter disk will be started to rotate at the same time to start the cleaning process. The backwashing time and cycle can be adjusted. The sludge on the filter cloth is discharged into the sludge system of the plant through the backwash pump through the reverse suction device.
During filtration, the filter rotary table is in a static state, which is conducive to sludge deposition. During cleaning, the filter rotary table rotates at a speed of 0.5-1 r/min, and the backwash water pump suction the filter cloth surface under negative pressure to remove the accumulated sludge particles on the filter cloth. The water in the filter rotary table is simultaneously pumped from the inside to the outside, and the filter cloth is cleaned. The instantaneous flushing area accounts for about 1% of the total filtration rotary table area, and the backwashing process is intermittent.
During normal cleaning, two filter discs are a group, and one group of filter discs is cleaned at a time. Through the automatic switching of the electric valve on the suction pump pipeline, the cleaning of each group of fiber rotary filter is carried out alternately during a complete cleaning process, during which the work of the suction pump is a continuous process.
3. Sludge discharge: a bucket bottom is set under the rotary table of the fiber rotary micro-filter to facilitate sludge collection at the bottom of the tank. The sludge deposition at the bottom of the tank reduces the amount of sludge on the filter cloth, increases the filtration time and reduces the backwash water volume. After a set period of time, the control panel starts the sludge pump and discharges the sludge to the sludge system in the plant area through the perforated sludge discharge pipe, valve and pump at the bottom of the tank. The sludge discharge interval and duration can be adjusted.
