working principle

Driven by a motor reducer and equipped with unique rake teeth, the floating scum on the water surface is salvaged. When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, each set of rake teeth produces relative self-cleaning motion. The vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity, while the other part is cleaned by the reverse movement of the cleaner to remove debris stuck to the rake teeth.

There are various specifications for the rake teeth gap, including 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The selection should be based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Different materials can also be selected according to the needs.

Installation and maintenance

Installation: Usually, the whole machine is lifted, and no other supports are needed on both sides of the water collection well. Steel plates are pre embedded on the ground, and the supporting steel plates on both sides of the frame are welded together during installation.

Maintenance: Daily inspection of equipment appearance, operating status, and debris cleaning; Regularly inspect transmission components screen、 Overhaul the rake teeth, motor, and electrical system; When blockages, transmission component failures, motor and electrical system failures occur, they should be promptly investigated and dealt with.
