Working principle

Rake tooth chain rotary separation principle: The rotary mechanical grille is composed of a set of unique rake teeth assembled into a rotary grille chain. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates in the reverse direction of the water flow. When it runs to the upper part of the equipment, under the guidance of grooved wheels and curved rails, each group of rake teeth generates relative self-cleaning movement. Most of the solid substances fall by gravity, and a small amount of impurities stuck on the rake teeth are cleaned by the cleaner moving in the reverse direction.

What is a rotating mechanical grille?

Drum interception separation principle: For the drum mechanical grille, when sewage flows through the grille drum composed of parallelly arranged and evenly spaced bars, the gap between the bars can be adjusted according to needs. Large-particle solid waste is intercepted, and fine suspended particles and liquid pass through smoothly.

Structural composition

It can also monitor the operating status of the equipment and has functions such as fault alarm.

Tap water industry: Used at the water inlet of a water treatment plant to filter out impurities such as leaves, branches and algae in the water source to ensure the quality and purity of the water supply.
