1. 2. The filter screen R100 Ⅱ of the core filtration system of the equipment is composed of 4 pieces, R200 Ⅱ is composed of 8 pieces, and R300 Ⅱ is composed of 12 independent semicircular pieces. Each piece can be easily disassembled and assembled. The filter screen is made of 316L stainless steel through special process.
3. The driving device of each filter equipment is composed of driving motor, gear and roller support wheel. The power supply of the drive motor is 380V/50Hz/3 alternating current. The reducer adopts Italian famous brand Bonfiglioli or the same level product.
4. Backwashing system Backwashing water pump, backwashing nozzle Backwashing system includes backwashing water pump, flushing water pipe, nozzle system, dirt collection tank, and blowdown pipe. The backwash water pump shall be of international famous brand Itu or the same level. The function of the backwash system is to use a pump to extract filtered water and flush the filter cloth from the outside to the inside by spraying a high-pressure umbrella shaped water column, so as to remove the suspended solids accumulated on the inner surface of the filter cloth.

The control system is made according to the standards of International Electrical Manufacturers Association, and the equipment operation is monitored and controlled according to the process design requirements. The shell of the control cabinet is made of cold rolled steel plate and the surface is sprayed with polyester powder, with the protection grade of IP65. The control box is equipped with an open stop button, an automatic manual transfer switch, an emergency stop button, and an open stop fault indication for individual equipment. All control and protection circuits are separated, and the buttons and indicators are matched. The system is controlled by PLC. Working principle of R-type rotary drum precision filter: the equipment is continuous filtration. When water enters the drum, the automatic control system will start the drive system to drive the drum to rotate, and at the same time, start the backwash pump. The drum starts to rotate slowly, and the backwash pump draws filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The washed particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the equipment and discharged from the equipment through the blowdown pipe. At the same time of backwashing, the filter operates normally. When no water passes through the equipment, the equipment will stop automatically.
Advantages of R-type rotary drum precision filter:
1. Energy saving and emission reduction impurities are not easy to accumulate on the filter screen, and impurities can be easily removed by backwashing high-pressure water. The water is taken from filtered water, and the self consumption is 0.3%, which is far lower than the water consumption of other similar filters by 3%~5%.
