Principle and characteristics of rotary drum precision filter

Rotary drum precision filter is a precision equipment that uses gravity and pressure difference to make suspended solids in sewage pass through a certain porous medium, so that solid particles can be intercepted and effectively separated from suspended solids and sewage.

Principle of rotary drum precision filter:

The sewage flows through the hollow drum and flows out from the inner side of the filter screen under the action of gravity. The suspended solids in the water are trapped by the porous media and leave the inner side of the stainless steel filter screen. The particles washed down are collected by the backwash water and discharged from the equipment through the blowdown pipe.
